Mr. Blake is an advisor to healthcare companies on a variety of merger and acquisition, financing, and strategic matters. Mr. Blake has an exceptional set of senior-level relationships in the healthcare industry and has worked with clients that include large publicly-traded companies, investment firms, founder-owned businesses, and family-owned businesses, from North America and Europe to Asia and Latin America.
Mr. Blake founded Brocair Partners in 2004 and led the firm for 15 years, until merging the business with Bryan Garnier & Co., a Paris-based investment bank, later acquired by U.S. firm Stifel. At Bryan Garnier he led North American corporate finance and co-led the firm’s healthcare practice. He later joined EC M&A in New York and led the firm’s healthcare practice.
In 2025 Mr. Blake re-founded Brocair to return to the roots of the firm, advising on M&A and financings for exciting companies in the medical, life science, healthtech, and pharmaceutical and medical technical and professional services industries.
